Clear Path After

Privacy

Last updated October 28, 2026. We collect as little as we can, use it only to help you, and never sell it.

What stays on your phone

Your checklist progress, the providers you add to your calls and your draft notice and obituary are saved only on your own device. We don't receive them unless you choose a paid tool that sends something for you.

What we collect, and why

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers only to run Clear Path After: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments) and an email delivery service (sending notices and receipts). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We do not give family details to funeral homes, crematories, cemeteries or anyone else. Recipient email addresses are used only to deliver the notice you sent.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to take down a memorial page, at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor them for everyone. Write to [email protected] or use the Help page; we won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

Clear Path After is meant for adults handling a family's affairs and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date above.
